This multi-storey complex was the first high rise complex in NOIDA built by the Army Welfare Housing Organisation for its members, housing 202 flats in 7 towers of 7 stories each. The complex was occupied during mid 1995. In accordance with the Rules promulgated by AWHO and NOIDA Authority the Ram Vihar Residents' Welfare Society was formed and registered by the Flat Owners. The complex has many advantages of its location close to Hospitals and in the vicinity of the Heart of NOIDA.
