1. Short title, extent and commencement (Section 33) .-
(1) These Rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Societies Registration Rules, 1976.

HISTORY OF DELHI

MINUTES OF THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL BODY MEETING (EOGM) OF RAM VIHAR APARTMENT OWNERS WELFARE SOCIETY (RVAOWS), HELD ON 06 SEP 2015

Background

1.                      The EOGM on 06 Sep 2015 was called consequent to the Resolutions passed by the General Body of Ram Vihar Apartment Owners Welfare Society during its previous meeting on 11 Aug 2015 (copy attached). In brief, these Resolutions were as follows:

(a)     The previous Executive Committee elected on 05 Jul 15 stands dissolved in view of the resignations of 5 out of 6 of its office bearers.(Refer Para 8 (c) of RVAOWS Bye Laws).

(b)     Fresh Elections to be held on 06 Sep 2015.

(c)     An Interim Committee be  set up to run the day to day affairs of the society till such time fresh elections to the EC are held (06 Sep 2015).

REPORT ON INTERACTION WITH SUB REGISTRAR - MEERUT

REPORT ON THE VISIT OF REPRESENTATIVE OF RAM VIHAR APARTMENT OWNER’S WELFARE SOCIETY TO THE SUB REGISTRAR OF SOCIETIES ON 17^THMARCH 2015.

1. A team consisting of two members of the RVAOWS, were asked by the Interim Committee of Ram Vihar to meet the Registrar of Societies with a view to apprise him of the resolutions adopted by the EOGM on 11 th Aug 2015 and the current impasse in the society. This report is submitted to the RVAOWS Office for records and for initiating further actions as advised by the Sub Registrar of Societies Shri Krishan Kumar , PCS.

2. The Sub Registrar gave a very patient hearing to the team. The Brig Atray apprised him of the happenings since the time of AGM held in May 2015 when elections had to be postponed. The letter reiterating the same as given by the Interim Committee was also handed over to him which he read in detail and asked clarifications.

DOGS/PETS

1.                   Dogs/pets when taken out for walk or defecation will be properly leashed and not left loose.

2.                   In case the Dogs or pets are found littering or defecating  within the complex in Lifts, roads or on the boundary walls incl behind the parked cars, a charge of Rs 500/- will be payable to the society. It will also be ensured by the dog owner to get the place cleaned without any delay. Residents are requested to bring such cases to the Notice of the Exec Committee.

3.                   All Pets will be reported along with the resident details to the society office submitting a copy of the immunization certificates.

4.                   The resident will ensure that their pets do not cause disturbance for other residents in any manner whether inside or outside the resident’s flat.

        The New/Revised Bye Laws have to be framed in conformity with the Uttar Pradesh Apartment (Promotion of Construction, Ownership and Maintenance) Act, 2010 (U.P. Act no. 16 of 2010) and
the Model Bye-Laws as notified by the Uttar Pradesh Government vide their notification No. 3977/8-1-11-115D.A./02T.C.-I  Lucknow : Dated 16 November, 2011.
